I’m Gemma, a freelance Producer with 9 years of experience managing, overseeing and delivering award-winning campaigns across TV, VOD, social, digital, OOH, print, and radio.

I specialise in end-to-end production, taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery. From casting and location sourcing to managing crews and post-production.

I’ve worked closely with both production companies and agencies, leading teams, building strong client relationships, and helping bring concepts to life. Alongside producing, I have strong experience in editing, motion graphics and design.

I’m certified in sustainable production practices by ALBERT, AdGreen and the IPA, and I’m always looking for ways to make production more responsible.

Production Management

I lead award-winning campaigns from brief to delivery, working closely with creative teams and clients, managing budgets, timelines and clearance to keep every detail on track.

Shoot Campaigns

From casting and crew to locations and props, I oversee and manage end-to-end shoot productions. I have experience shooting with children, animals and high-profile talent.

Animation

I produce 2D, 3D and motion design projects end-to-end, working closely with designers, animators and clients – managing scheduling, feedback and final delivery.

Ethical Production

I’m ALBERT and AdGreen trained, building sustainability into every stage of production – both behind and in front of the camera. From travel and materials to suppliers and post, I care about creating work that’s responsible.
